Iso-Rhythmic Dance Conditioningsm	An integrated dance and fitness program that moves to the infectious rhythms of Africa, Caribbean and Hip Hop Jazz. A combination of something old and something new. First class complimentary
Mat and Beyond	An effective way to work your body from the inside out. Increase optimal core strength, balance, coordination and flexibility.
Dance Workshops	Classes in Modern, Afro Latin Jazz, Pilates and Dunham technique. Instructed by Guest Artists
Ballet Basics	Designed to introduce students to the technique and vocabulary of classical ballet with emphasis on posture, placement and movement.
One-on-One Private session	Customized program with Pilates apparatus equipment. Personal Training available FREE 15 minute initial consultation

Family Dance Day

Last Saturday of each month. Class participation for family and friends.

Adult Fees

Registration Fee $13.00 Single class $15.00 Discount class card fees   4 classes $52.00 8 classes $88.00 12 classes $108.00 Membership (quarterly) $340.00 Cards must be used within four weeks of the purchase date.

Youth Dance (5-9 yrs)	Hip Hop, Tap, Jazz, Ballet and Musical Theatre
Teen Dance (10-Teens)	Performing arts for teens in Hip Hop, Jazz, Swing and Salsa partner dancing.
Creative Dance (3-4 yrs)	Basic movement skills and self expression.
Collective Ensemble (10-17 yrs)	Youth come together to work cooperatively rather than competitively to discover their individual and collective potential through dance. The goal is to facilitates individual expression through group collaboration resulting in mutual respect and appreciation reflecting diversity and complimentary performances.
